We allow refunds within a 30-day period if you are not satisfied or if you are facing any unsolvable technical issue, which means you have 30 days after you sign up for any TONCUAN subscription plan to receive a refund.
To get a refund, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you within 6 - 24 hours. Please inform us about your case and also send us a screenshot of the issue you have with the software performance. We will require proof of purchase as well. So, please Email us the receipt of the software you purchased.
We allow refunds specifically for yearly subscription auto-renewals within the first 48 hours of billing, however, we are not required to process a refund under any other circumstance after 30 days.
Take a note that alert system is based on Trading View platform service & we are not responsible for that. Any issue regarding alert option kindly contact their support team.
We send reminders to each billing cycle 2 weeks before expired date, and it is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewals by logging in to TONCUAN Premium Zone.
We will inspect the issue after receiving the documents from the buyer & we will decide whether your refund is approved or not. We will inform you of everything via Email. In case your refund is approved, we will start to process your refund.
